This dream location can be reached either by road or by air.
The overland route from Vancouver: travel Highway 1 north to Cache Creek, then Highway 97 north to Williams Lake. Take Highway 20 west to Hanceville then turn south for 90km to Elkin Creek Guest Ranch. The Ranch is located approximately 2.5 hours by road from Williams Lake.

Fly in comfort to the Ranch and view lakes and glaciers as you cross over British Columbia's spectacular Coastal mountain range on the direct flight from Vancouver. Return fare is $550 per person. Flights from the Vancouver South Terminal to the Elkin Creek private airstrip depart Thursday and Sunday and are approximately 1 hour. 15 min. Minimum 2 passengers per flight. Maximum luggage allowed is 35 lbs. per person.
If you have your own wheel or float plane you are welcome to land on our grass airstrip or on adjacent Vedan Lake. We are at an elevation of 4000 feet and the airstrip is 4300 feet of well-groomed grass. The shore of Vedan Lake makes excellent beaching for the float planes. Coordinates are N51 30' 46" W123 48' 16". The identifier is BL9. Refer to Canada Flight Supplement.
We ask that you contact us in advance to confirm availability. A landing fee may apply to airstrip users who are not guests of the ranch.
