Chocolate Lessons

Tempering methods and the importance
Different kinds of baking chocolate
Understanding the importance of chocolate in the bake shop and why is highly respected.

Chocolate writing and other simple chocolate ideas for making edible gifts.

Life Skills Coach: Debra St Jean

Debra St Jean took her training and received her certification as a Life Skills Coach in 1995 and began working for Sage Trainers Life Skills Coaching in Williams Lake BC. She taught life skills for 5 years throughout a number of Northern BC's first nations reserves. She has since relocated to the lower mainland and has taken courses in money management, family development, and stress management to upgrade her skills. She is in the process of writing a book of her own and her interests are reiki, herbal remedies, natural healing and her family.

She will isolate the lessons in life skills that focus on mature audiences who are looking to live life to its fullest, and more so, who wish to embrace their own skills and abilities to reach personal goals.
