Contest Rules and Regulations
Prize: 4 days accommodation, all meals and activities (as outlined at www.adventurewestresorts.com) at the Elkin Creek Guest Ranch for you and 3 lucky guests.
No purchase necessary, one entry per person. Prize is valid for booking between June 1, 2008 to September 1 2008. All prizes must be accepted as awarded, are non-transferable, and have no cash value. Contest will be drawn on September 1, 2007. Winner will be notified by telephone or e-mail and will allow Adventure West Resorts to post their name on our website. The winner has 60 days from the time the prize is awarded to book their getaway.
All ballots submitted become the sole property of Adventure West Resorts and will not be returned. By entering this contest you agree to terms and conditions of the contest and agree to receive newsletters relating to the products and services of Adventure West Resorts. Your privacy is of the utmost concern for Adventure West Resorts. We will under no circumstance sell, trade or make available to another organization your personal information without your express written consent. If a minor wins a trip prize their parent or legal guardian must accompany them.
If contesting is administered all or in part over the telephone, internet or fax, Adventure West Resorts and any sponsors and/or affiliates are not responsible for any interruption in service, miscommunications, misdirected calls or transmissions or technical failure of any kind. In the event of "enter to win" contesting Adventure West Resorts is not responsible for misspelling, incomplete or lost ballots due to transmission errors. Adventure West Resorts, in their absolute discretion; reserve the right to make substitutions of equivalent kind or value in the event of the unavailability of any component of the prize for any reason whatsoever.
Entrants eligible to receive a prize will be required to sign a declaration confirming understanding and acceptance and compliance with the contest rules and acceptance of a prize and a photo release satisfactory to Adventure West Resorts and participating sponsors before being declared a winner. The Marketing Department at Adventure West Resorts will contact all winners to notify them when their prize is available for booking.
Employees of Adventure West Resorts, their affiliates, subsidiaries, sponsors, advertisers, advertising and promotion agencies and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible. Decisions are final. Adventure West Resorts reserves the right to discontinue the contest or alter the rules at anytime.
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to hold Adventure West Resorts, their affiliates, subsidiaries, sponsors, advertisers, advertising and promotion agencies their respective directors, officers, employees and assigns, harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of use of the prize. Winners assume all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claiming to be caused, by participation in this promotion or use or redemption of any prize. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the official rules and the decisions of the judges.
By entering, the winner agrees to the use of his/her name, address, voice and likeness in any advertising or promotion without compensation
The winner of any prize with a retail value in excess of $750.00 will be required to answer the following four part mathematical skill testing question:
